1 Bathroom Welcome! Enjoy Lisbon while living in a nicely and fully equipped, comfortable and centrally heated apartment in a central and historic part of town. Spacious on the first floor or a lovingly restored house from the 1700's, with living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and modern bathroom with a shower. Combining best modern comfort with top location! The "Rua de Pedro Dias" is a few minute walk from Bairro Alto and the famous 28E electric is close by.

The apartment will be all yours on the 1st floor of the house. When you come in, you are in the living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. Behind a sliding door there's the bed room and en suite bath room. All in our house is new and it was carefully and comprehensively refurbished, to create the comfort of a modern house - with nice furniture, central heating, excellent isolation, all fully equipped and ready to live, truly welcoming and cozy. Enough space for a couple and if needed the sofa-bed provides an extra space.
It will be a perfect home for your temporary life in Lisbon – quiet and comfortable, providing maximum rest and comfort while having a lot to do in walking distance as well. We have put a lot of thinking into our apartment to make it as superb as possible, and we do hope you will love it as much as we do!
The neighbourhood...: The Rua de Pedro Dias exists since before the big historic earthquake of 1755. Thanks to careful city development, the bairro still carries the flair and looks of ancient times. Our house looks very traditional on the outside, too, but has been remodelled to become comfortable in the interior, with some attention to the detail. Come and live like the natives, in a historic part of a historic town…!
Please walk softly at all times, preferably without shoes, inside the apartment: Due to the classic wooden floors in this house, steps on your floor will sound like loud thumps on the floor below... :-( Let’s all be light-footed like ballerinas! :-)
Definitely no parties or many visitors allowed. If there is an occasion to celebrate, please go out to the near Bairro Alto party zone. We and the neighbours want the house to be Zen-like quiet, always - thank you!
As a security precaution, when you go out, all windows and doors are to be closed and locked.
You will enter the house through the main door no. 30, climbing only 1 flight of (relatively narrow!) stairs to the 1st floor. There begins your space, right behind the very secure apartment door: 1 bedroom with double bed of 1.40 and 1 en suite bathroom, an open kitchen and dining/living room in the front/south. Beautiful windows to the front. The perfect place to spend your time to relax between your trips around Lx.

Blend in! Please respect the original residential nature of this neighbourhood: Most of your neighbours will have to get to work early on the next day! Remember, the next parties are only a short walk away in Bairro Alto. :-)
