Bedroom with double bed, equipped kitchen and living room with two single sofa beds.

We have fans, heaters and a portable air conditioning unit for your comfort.

The house is on a third floor without an elevator.

The neighbourhood

10 minutes walk from the Sete Rios train and metro station and close to the Zoo, Red Cross Hospital and Army Pupils.

Please take the trash out to avoid it attracting insects. Blue: paper, yellow: packaging/recycling, green:glass, grey: other
Respect the silent period from 22h to 8h
Smoking is forbidden
Pets are not allowed
Definitely no parties or many visitors allowed. We and the neighbours want the house to be quiet, always - thank you!

Please close the blinds during the day when you leave to the amount of heat gain from direct sunlight, and make the room cooler in hot days.

As a security precaution, when you go out, all windows and doors are to be closed and locked. When you go out, kindly switch on tall the lights and appliances.

Interaction with guests

We have self check-in and you can enter at any time from 3pm.

We will always be just a call or message away.

Other things to note

The house is located in a quiet square with a small public garden and sports area.

Parking is paid from Monday to Friday but is a little difficult due to the limited number of spaces.

- Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first day toiletries, toilet paper etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
