The space

Live the House:
This charming property villa follows the codes of the Comporta region’s fishing huts: wood, straw, pilings, while incorporating modernity and a little more minimalist comfort. With 5 bedrooms (each of it with its own private bathroom), the house can accommodate between 2 to 10 people, while children can stay in extra bedrooms located upstairs. Spend some of your best time with your family and friends in the large vaulted living room while sensing the indoor / outdoor living.

Experience the Region:
Enjoy the Comporta Region by spending some time visiting the best white sand and light blue ocean beaches of Portugal (Comporta, Melides, Carvalhal, Pego), taste the traditional local cuisine, visit some wine tasting properties that are just close by, enjoy the horse riding in Comporta or just go for a bicycle ride across the fields. The Region has a wide range of activities to offer.

- No noise after hours - we highly value and respect our neighbours, and kindly ask our equally valued guests to please refrain from making noise after hours, especially between 22h00 - 8h00.

- Please keep the room secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the room

- Smoking is not allowed indoors

- Pets are not allowed

- Please use kitchen items with precaution

- No parties or events allowed

- No unregistered guests allowed, if you want to invite someone please ask

- Please turn off the AC when you go out

- Respect check-in and check-out times

- Take extra care of your keys

- Please don't rearrange the furniture

- No illegal substances allowed on the premises

- When disposing garbage, please recycle

- Please report damage immediately

The exterior of 7.000 square meter area of white sand garden and pine forest is perfect to relax in the pool while enjoying the sun. Be a chef’s for a day by preparing a barbecue with friends while grabbing a glass of wine in the traditional wooden pergola terrace. Alternatively, just enjoy the private outdoor space with all the comfort and convenience imagined to sit, relax and appreciate the nature. A true invitation for some relaxed days and unforgettable vacations.

Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first day toiletries, toilet paper etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
