The space

A cosy, charming and comfortable house (70 m2) with a superb balcony to the River. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed (160x200) and the living room has a nice sofa-bed for two. You can take your meals on the dining area or at the balcony while you appreciate the amazing river view or the sunset. The apartment also has a private garage that you may use for free.

The neighbourhood

Graça is a neighborhood that stretches along the flanks of one of Lisbon's seven hills.
Here you can feel the true Lisbon atmosphere and meet its inhabitants.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the most touristy areas, here you can find tranquility in a popular neighborhood, whose house facades are covered with azulejos.
A few minutes walk from the center of Lisbon, it’s a quiet residential area with a supermarket, café-bakeries and restaurants nearby.

Graça is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon, right beside Alfama.

House rules

No noise after hours - we highly value and respect our neighbours, and kindly ask our equally valued guests to please refrain from making noise after hours, especially between 22h00 - 8h00.

Guest access

Only a 10 minute walking distance to Santa Apolónia metro and train station.

Be surrounded by famous monuments and astonish views of the city of Lisbon. Only a 5-8 minutes walking distance Panteão Nacional, Church São Vicente de Fora, Miradouro da Graça, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, Castelo São Jorge, the traditional yellow Tram line 28 and Alfama´s fado houses.

Other things to note

When staying in a hotel guests are used to show their IDs at checkin. Short term rentals are also required to report guest’s information to SEF - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.

When you make a reservation in a registered Local Lodging establishment (an apartment you booked on airbnb, booking or other similar website) your host is required to report your presence and details to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) within 3 week days of your arrival.
Most hosts prefer to collect this information shortly after you booked, along with check-in time and other details that you can fill on a secure link
